Previous experiences include fintech and technology, operations, and wealth management roles at a leading Canadian bank.

Tom is Vice President of Resilient Services. He is responsible for delivering SPECTRA's Certification of Resilience program and cyber risk management strategy. Tom has a background in cyber risk management and data analytics, and brings 10+ years experience consulting within the finance, (re)insurance and technology sectors both within the U.K. and Bermuda.
Daniel Bradbury

Daniel is responsible for SPECTRA's technology assets, product engineering, and R&D. He has worked in tech for 18+ years. From being on the ground level at a few SaaS start-ups, eventually a seasoned software engineer, later driving technological change and innovation in medium enterprises and some of the world's leading financial institutions.
